Description: Parmigiano produced with milk from the prized Vacca Bianca, a breed native to the province of Modena, whose precious milk, rich in casein and with an excellent fat and protein content, is characterised by extremely high quality. Parmigiano Vacche Bianche, a hard cheese, is produced by processing raw cow's milk, partially skimmed by surfacing, without the addition of additives or preservatives. Thanks to its maturing process, which exceeds 36 months and gives it a very intense characteristic flavour, this Parmigiano contains a very low percentage of lactose, which makes it suitable for consumption by those with intolerance.
