This unique beer is the result of a combination of local ingredients: Mantuan Vialone Nano Rice, Mantuan Barley Malt and Baked Lowland Pumpkin. The result is a top-fermented beer with an amber colour and a spicy aroma that enchants the senses. This beer is the perfect companion for traditional Mantuan dishes such as pumpkin tortelli and pumpkin risotto. Each sip tells the story of the territory and its culinary traditions, providing an authentic and satisfying taste experience. With an alcohol content of 5.5 % vol. and a bitterness level (IBU) of 18, the Spiced Amber Pumpkin Ale offers a perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness, ideal to accompany meals or to be enjoyed on its own.
