becoming a customer

Gourmit.uk is the website's owner and operator. After you place an order on the website, we will send an email to the email address you supplied to confirm your order. This email will
include a list of all the items you've ordered, their prices, and shipping information. We shall only enter into a legally binding agreement once the products have been delivered to you in full. You are responsible for contacting us to change your details if you entered an incorrect email address, did not receive an email purchase confirmation, or if any other details were
entered incorrectly. We cannot be held liable for incorrect information entered or spam filtration by your email service provider.

amending or canceling the contract
When you order goods that are out of stock for any reason, we'll let you know and either send you a replacement item or arrange for a full refund or gift card to be sent within two
working days.


price and delivery charges
When you finalize your order by clicking "Checkout" the price of the goods will be as displayed on the website at that time. It will be inclusive of VAT (where applicable) or any other taxes, as well as subject to shipping fees. When you check out, a shipping fee that applies to your order will be disclosed. At the time of placing your order, we will charge your debit or credit card with the full amount of your order, including any applicable delivery fees or packaging fees.

delivery
We will always try to deliver your order during the delivery window that you specified when placing your order. We cannot accept liability if your delivery is rejected or not accepted at
the recipient's address. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control, such as epidemics, severe weather, and road closures, may prevent us from delivering your items at the scheduled time. In these situations, we will get in touch with you right away to reschedule the delivery. In such a case, the maximum amount of our liability to you is the purchase price of
the ordered items plus the cost of delivery.

if you are dissatisfied

When the products are delivered, you must inspect them right away. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of any produce that has been sent to you; however, if the products you ordered are defective, we may, in our absolute discretion, send you a gourmit.uk voucher to the value of the goods that have fallen short of your expectations within 3 working days of a complaint being received. On occasion, we may request the return of the goods for inspection.

what we will not be liable for
We won't be responsible for any indirect or subsequent loss, harm, or loss of profits resulting from our provision of or failure to provision of the goods to you. Traces of nuts and other allergies may be present in some of our products. It is your obligation to make sure you have read the material. Please get in touch with us if you need any additional details regarding allergens. Once the products have been delivered to the address or safe location specified in your order, we are no longer responsible for them. Our product will arrive to you in pristine condition thanks to our packaging, but it is your obligation to make sure that all perishable items are chilled as soon as possible after delivery. Furthermore, we will not be held responsible for any damage the items may sustain by being moved, transported, or delivered to any other place after our delivery by you or a third party. Shelf life indicated on the website is intended from production day. gourmit.uk will always deliver within 50% residue of the shelf life as advertised on the website.
